Summer is definitely here! Well…not quite yet. According to the Solstice Equinox, we still have about 20 more days until it’s officially Summer. However, regardless of what the astronomical calendar may suggest, it seems as if Summer is pushing Spring out of the way. It’s evident by the sizzling temperatures we’ve already faced outside and the constant reminiscent tunes of Will Smith’s & Jazzy Jeff’s 90’s hit single ‘Summer Time’ blasting on our radios or headphones. Ah, how we all love Summer days! When I think of it, I can taste the fresh squeezed lemons soaking in my lemonade even now! Indeed, summer is all about school closings, relaxation, family vacations, reunions, shorts, shades, days spent at the beach, and lazily laying on hammocks.
As much as I enjoy the Spring temperatures, I can definitely tell you it’s coming to an end. Until next year Spring Solstice…until next year!
