Back at it again! Today was refreshing hitting the streets in search of the perfect location to shoot my first photos of the New Year. Despite the dreary, cold, and sprinkle of shower weather, we managed to get in some photos. I must say getting back into the blogging mode after a break can be challenging. Setting up, planning, and starting early in the mornings was hard, but I’m glad I pushed through. For one choosing the right pieces for a shoot is a task within itself. After hours of looking and sorting through old and new pieces, I settled for this one the morning of. It’s funny how things work out that way. When you don’t plan on it, it falls together. For this shoot, I decided to wear this beautiful sequin tribal Jacquard printed sweater from Zara. I absolutely love this sweater. It is super cute and can be worn almost any way. I paired my sweater with ruffled pants I found at Shein.com. I purchased these pants a while back and have only worn them twice. They are really flamboyant and can go from simple to dramatic. Initially, I didn’t plan on wearing them, however at the last minute thought it’d add some flare to my outfit and…voila…a match made! Then, to topped it off with a pair of nude Christian Louboutin pumps to bring the entire look together!
