I know what you’re thinking! It’s post Labor Day and I’m wearing white…SAY WHAT! I know, I know…that’s a BIG fashion no-no. However….contrary to your beliefs, you CAN actually wear white if you choose to. For some reason someone came up with this silly idea that white shouldn’t be worn after labor day, what’s with that? Perhaps it may have had a legitimate reason behind it, but that was then and this is now. Fashion trends come and go, and this time around white is perfectly fine. The amazing part about fashion is, you can make it your own! If you feel good on the inside and look good on the outside, who cares about wearing white after a holiday. With that being said, I decided to pull my inspiration for today’s look from NYFW’s (New York Fashion Week) runways. I’ve kept a close eye on all the up and coming designers and even new styles hitting the scene in New York this past week. Many of the looks inspired my very own look for my photo shoot today. I’ve listed the outfit details and the designer’s info below.

OUTFIT DETAILS:
My outfit was gifted to me by an awesome designer based in Atlanta by the name of Sherie L. Nevett. Let me tell you I’m a sucker for bold, edgy, chic, and modern looks, and all of Sherie’s original pieces are all of the above! I love that she’s daring and thinks outside the box when it comes to her designs. Trust me, this is just the beginning for this young lady. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for her!
