BRING YOUR OWN TABLE BRUH…

…bring your own table, bring your own chair, and invite others to sit with you. Stop trying to sit at tables where you’re not received or don’t belong. It’s okay boo, their table is raggedy anyway.

In 2019, I’m sooo over catty, insecure women, and their childish ways. Yeah, I said what I said, in my Nene Leakes meme voice. I’m all about positive vibes and genuineness these days and truly desire for people…as in women to treat each other with the same positivity and love too. However, the reality is, that’s not always the case, especially with women in the public view.

From A listers, to c,d,e,f,g-elemenopee-listers, some people are….uh…just flat out fake and nasty, especially…some of these lovely influencers.

Here’s the thing, others for some reason are intimidated by your successes, light, or hate you just because you’re breathing. Why? Perhaps it’s jealousy, or maybe it’s the fear in their minds that you have the potential to knock them off the pedestal they’ve placed themselves on. Who knows and who cares! But, believe it or not, there’s room for everybody to win…shocking…I know!

Everyone’s gift and talent serves a greater purpose that was intentionally designed and placed within. So does it matter if someone is in your mountain of influence or if your industry is overly saturated and you feel the need to be incredibly unkind to keep your position? No…what’s for you is for you. So what’s up? Why the hate and singling out others?

You hear and see a lot of “us” quoting how we need to fix each other’s crowns and throw fist pumps in the air for women empowerment, and will even coin the “yaaaassssss queen” colloquialisms, but never really being about that. (Deep sighs….why do I feel like I’ve posted about this topic before.)

Nonetheless, to my sisters, don’t worry about it, blessings on you and know that God will send the right people your way. Bring your own table and invite others to join you on this journey of sisterhood and friendship. Stop trying to be part of or join tables where you don’t belong or not wanted, because, after all, if you look a little closer you’ll see that their table is unstable and raggedy anyway.
